Pojok's Terms and Conditions — In Plain English

Welcome to Pojok. These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between Pojok and all its users. By accessing the pojok.biz website or mobile app, you are deemed to have accepted all of these Terms and Conditions.

We know that lengthy legal language can be hard to read. That's why Pojok's Terms and Conditions are written in plain, simple English. If anything is unclear, contact our support team — they're always ready to help.

To open an account and place bets on Pojok, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. Use of the Pojok platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Identity Verification: You must provide accurate and genuine information during registration. Creating an account with a false identity is not permitted.
• One Account Only: Each individual may only operate one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• Geographic Location: Online betting must be legally permitted in your country of residence. Accounts accessed from restricted regions will be suspended.
• Mental Wellbeing: You must be in a sound and alert state of mind when placing bets. Betting under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strongly discouraged.

Creating an account on Pojok is free and straightforward. However, there are a few important rules to follow when managing your account:

• Accurate Information: During registration, please provide your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number accurately. To update your details later, contact our support team.
• Password Security: Keep your password confidential and never share it with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account.
• KYC Verification: You must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process before making a withdrawal. A copy of your national ID or passport may be required.
• Account Security: We recommend keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled. It adds an extra layer of security to your account.
• Inactive Accounts: An account may be declared inactive after 12 consecutive months of no activity, and a dormancy fee may be applied to the remaining balance.

The following rules apply when betting on Pojok. All members are required to comply with these terms and conditions:

• Minimum Bet: The minimum amount per bet is ৳50. A different minimum bet may apply for specific events.
• Maximum Bet: The maximum stake for a single bet is determined by the event and market. Limit details are available on the betting page.
• Odds Changes: Pojok reserves the right to change odds before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds will not change.
• Live Betting: During live betting, your bet may be voided if your internet connection drops. We recommend ensuring a stable connection before placing bets.
• Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a disputed result, pojok's decision is final. However, you may submit an appeal within 72 hours.

When placing multiple bets together (parlay or accumulator bets), each selection is considered independently. If any single selection loses, the entire parlay bet is void.

Deposits and withdrawals on Pojok are simple and secure. Transactions can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer, subject to the following terms:

• Minimum Deposit: Deposits start from ৳500.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, if KYC verification is incomplete, it may take up to 24–48 hours.
• Same Method Policy: Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Transaction Fees: Pojok does not charge any deposit fees. Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the payment gateway used.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus balance can be withdrawn. Please refer to the Bonus section for full details.

Pojok regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed:

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus ranges from 10x to 30x.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw a bonus, it must be wagered a specified number of times. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a 1,000 BDT bonus means you must place 10,000 BDT in bets.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Once expired, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
• One Bonus Only: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or different family members on the same device to take advantage of the bonus system will result in bonuses being voided.

Pojok is committed to maintaining a safe and fair betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Assisting with match-fixing or manipulating outcomes.
• Operating multiple accounts using fake identities or false information.
• Deliberately placing low-risk bets to farm bonuses (Bonus Abuse).
• Using the Pojok platform for illegal money laundering.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to steal or hack another member's account credentials.
• Attempting to exploit any vulnerability in the pojok system for personal gain.

You may close your Pojok account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before doing so. To request account closure, email us at support@pojok.biz.

Pojok may also suspend or close an account on its own initiative — for example:

• Violating the Terms and Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found.
• If suspicious financial transactions are detected.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Before closing an account, Pojok will typically send an email notification. However, in cases of serious Terms & Conditions violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

Pojok reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. Please check this page regularly.
